Steppe Arts, Okanogan County — formerly known as Methow Arts — opened its new location in downtown Okanogan last week, part of the organization’s transition to a broader regional vision. According to Steppe Arts, the new Okanogan office “will serve as a creative community hub and includes a rentable workshop space, gallery space, an arts and culture hub and resource center for visitors and creative professionals.” The Twisp Steppe Arts office will reopen in October with an expanded role as the Twisp Creative District Welcome Center, as well as remaining the organization’s home office.
