Work starting soon on underground irrigation lines

Work on installing underground irrigation lines in the Painter’s Addition neighborhood of Twisp is expected to begin next week.

The work is part of a $10 million Instream Flow Improvement Project that began last fall and is restructuring the way the Methow Valley Irrigation District (MVID) delivers water to its members.
