Post-fire rebuilding ready to move into second phase this year

Seven more people who survived the Carlton Complex Fire one-and-a-half years ago are settled in new homes created through a combination of charitable contributions, countless hours of volunteer labor and donated materials, all coordinated by the Okanogan County Long Term Recovery Group (LTRG).
