Lily K. Beckman, 88, passed away peacefully on Dec. 31, 2013 in Chelan. For the past two years, Lily lived at Columbia Heights in Wenatchee. A Twisp resident from 1982 until 1993, Lily owned and operated Flowers, Etc., a popular flower and gift shop on Glover Street, where The Studio and Peligro are now located. […]
