Kelly and John Rohrer of Winthrop, and Rose Chappell of Canadaigua, New York, are happy to announce the birth of their newest grandson, Silas Clarence Chappell. Silas was born June 30, weighing 8 pounds, 14 ounces. He is the son of Rebekah and Scott Chappell. Rebekah is a 2006 Liberty Bell High School graduate.
