Photos by Steve Mitchell The Methow Arts Fest was rejuvenated at a new venue on the Fourth of July, as the popular celebration was staged at the TwispWorks campus following the annual parade. Attendees enjoyed music, dance, art activities, the Splash Pad and contests including, of course, pie-eating.

As per tradition, Independence Day in Twisp was celebrated with the annual Fourth of July parade, an eclectic procession that featured favorites such as tossed candy, cooling spray from a fire truck and a full spectrum of vehicles. The parade along Glover Street ended at TwispWorks, site of the Arts Fest.

Photos by Steve Mitchell The annual Fly-in, Cruise-in and Pancake Breakfast at the Twisp Airport last weekend satisfied not only appetites but also the interests of folks who appreciated a close-up look at the aircraft and other attractions including classic cars and trucks.
