A crew from Central Washington Asphalt started laying pavement on the northernmost block of Glover Street Monday (Sept. 21), in a major step forward for the street renovations that began in April in downtown Twisp. Paving between Twisp and Fifth avenues was expected to conclude by the end of the week — just in time for Saturday’s Twisp Fest.
