The Senior Center Thrift Store now has over 700 followers on Instagram. @mvseniorthriftstore. Instagram is the best place to learn of special sales and specialty items that have been donated and are ready for sale. Recent items included a rear hatch shelter for a VW bus, 100-count box of puppy training pads, and large pieces of upholstery fabric. Special sales and any change in days and hours that the store is open are noted.
A new glass-enclosed bulletin board has been installed outside the thrift store. Items that are not acceptable for donation are listed along with other important information. This will be an improved way of displaying important information.

Suggested donation is $5 for persons over age 60; charge for $10 for persons under 60.
