• First Sundays, Methow Acoustic Musicians Association at The Cove II in Twisp, 3-5 p.m.

• Sundays, intermediate line dancing at Twisp Valley Grange, 4:30-6:30 p.m. By donation. Email balsamrootboots@gmail.com for more information.

• Sundays, twice a month, Jazz Workshop at Methow Valley Community Center, 6-8 p.m. $10 for drop-in, $50 for six months. Email MethowJazzWorkshop@gmail.com for information. Switching to Mondays on Sept. 7.

• Tuesdays, Methow Ukulele Group meets at various locations around the valley at 4 p.m. More information at geraldebell@yahoo.com.

• Wednesdays, dance instruction from the waltz and salsa to the two- and 10-step and everything in between, with Debbie Bair at Twisp River Tap House, ages 12 and up, 5:15 for beginners, 6:30-8:30 p.m. for all skill levels. $5.

• Thursday, Aug. 27, The End of All Things (Sarah Thomas and Will Kiefer) on the big deck at Jupiter Restaurant, Winthrop, 6-8 p.m. Free.

• Friday, Aug. 28, EntreMundos Quarteto at TwispWorks Pavilion, 7-9 p.m. Free.

• Saturday, Aug. 29, The Full Uplift at SweetRiver Bakery, Pateros, 7-10 p.m. Free.

• Tuesday, Sept. 1, Bill Price at Mazama Public House, 5:30-8:30 p.m. Free.

• Thursday, Sept. 3, Three Piece Suit on the big deck at Jupiter restaurant, Winthrop, 6-8 p.m. Free.

• Saturday, Sept. 5, “Outside The Box,” featuring the Portland Cello Project and their big band with singer Saeeda Wright in a Stevie Wonder tribute at The Merc Playhouse. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 for adults, $10 for youth.
