With broken hearts, we announce that Shirlee Marie (Graves) Radezky went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 15, 2026, at the age of 89. She passed away peacefully at her home in Colbert, Washington, with Randy (son) and Joanna (daughter-in-law) by her side.
She courageously battled cancer with grace and dignity, remaining positive and steadfast throughout her journey.
Born Nov. 1, 1936, in Okanogan, Washington, to George Leroy Graves and Odessa Marie (Brown) Graves, Shirley lived her life rooted in faith, family, kindness, and love.
Shirlee married “Hank” William Radezky on July 11, 1955, and built a life raising cutting horses on the TR bar Ranch in Colville, Washington, and were active members of the National Quarter Horse and Cutting Horse Associations.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hank; oldest son, Mark Radezky; sisters Donna, Dorothy, and Dolores; younger brother James; and parents, George and Odessa Graves.
Shirlee is survived by her loving son, Randal “Randy” Radezky and his wife Joanna; sister, Dolly Estes (95) of Twisp, Washington; (10) grandchildren: Jessica (Tyler), Jacob, Jeremy (Susan), Joshua, Hannah (Jon), Rachel, Stephanie (Prem), Nichole (Jeff), Alysha (Greg), and Taylar (Omi); and (19) great-grandchildren: Wyatt, Hunter, Emma, Ava, Randal, Sienna, Adira, Sophie, Savannah, Tatum, Rhenn, Sawyer, Arie, Emily, James, Madelyn, Benny, Charlie, and Cami. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Shirlee found joy in animals, life’s simple pleasures, and gospel music. She sang in the ladies’ trio at church. She enjoyed watching Hallmark movies, playing Pinochle cards late into the night during girls’ weekends, and sharing lunches with friends at Olive Garden and her favorite local spot, ZIP’s. She never missed an opportunity to enjoy a trip to the casino with her sisters Dolly, Dolores and nieces. A true night owl, many long evenings were spent laughing, visiting, and making memories.
Those who knew Shirlee will remember her welcoming heart, contagious giggle, gentle kindness, and ability to always see the good in others. Her strength, compassion, and faith leave a legacy that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
The loss of Shirlee is immeasurable, but so is the love she leaves behind.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the Horizon Hospice Care team for their exceptional care, support, and compassion. They also wish to thank family and friends whose prayers, love and support meant so much during this difficult time.
