Windermere Real Estate/Methow Valley founders Delene and Bob Monetta are passing the company to the next generation. The Monettas’ daughter, Alexis Port, and Office Manager Nicola Zahn will take over daily operation of the company that has been serving the local real estate market since 1991.
“Delene and Bob will continue to actively contribute their expertise and experience to the business and maintain their commitment to serving their valued clientele,” according to a press release.
“The decision to pass the reins to Alexis and Nicola, who have both displayed exceptional leadership and a profound understanding of the company’s core values and operations, reflects a strategic move to ensure the seamless continuation of Windermere Real Estate/Methow Valley’s legacy,” according to the press release.
“We are honored to uphold the values that have guided this company for years while introducing new strategies to fuel its continued growth and success,” Port said in the release.
Under the Monettas’ stewardship, the company has preserved more than 3,500 acres in Okanogan County, leaving a lasting legacy of environmental commitment.
