The Winthrop library has been awarded a Citation from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Washington Chapter in that organization’s 2023 Civic Design Awards. The building was designed by Johnston Architects & Prentiss Balance Wickline Architects. Some members of the design team traveled to Spokane recently to attend the awards event.
