We survived the last Winter Sale held last Saturday. Well, most of us did … I was unable to attend.
Our next sale will be the first Christmas Sale held on Nov. 18. No rest for the “wicked” volunteers. No, we are not wicked, just wonderful!
Also, we will be changing our hours to winter hours beginning Wednesday, Nov. 1. Hours will be 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Have a scary Halloween!
Thursday, Oct. 19: Breakfast casserole, stewed tomatoes, spinach salad, English muffin, pudding parfait and berries.
Friday, Oct. 20: Crunchy chicken salad, sandwich, minestrone soup, grapes, dessert.
Monday, Oct. 23: Tater tot casserole, Greek salad, chilled peaches, whole wheat roll, dessert.
Thursday, Oct. 26: Honey mustard chicken, wild rice, Key West vegetables, coleslaw, tropical fruit, whole wheat roll, dessert.
Friday, Oct. 27: Lemon baked fish, garlic pasta, glazed carrots, Caesar salad, peaches, focaccia bread, dessert.
Call (509) 997-7722 to reserve meals 24 hours in advance. Suggested donation is $5 for persons over age 60; charge for $10 for persons under 60.
