The Blues Ranch on Highway 20 once again welcomed a diverse lineup of energetic performers, and a sold-out crowd of engaged listeners, for the annual Winthrop Rhythm & Blues Festival over three days last weekend. The adjacent camping area was also full, and vendors did a brisk business. This was the second year the festival returned after a hiatus due to the COVID pandemic.
