NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing in the matter of the Okanogan County Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for the years 2024 through 2029 per R.C.W. 36.81.121 will be held in the Hearing Room of the Okanogan County Board of Commissioners at 123 Fifth Avenue North in Okanogan, Washington at 11:00 A.M. on July 11, 2023. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss County Road construction projects only. Road Maintenance issues will not be addressed at this hearing.

Lost River Airport Tracts Long Plat Alteration LPA 2023-1
Application & Threshold SEPA Determination
An application has been submitted by William Tackman on behalf of the Lost River Airport Tracts Association to modify the Lost River Airport Tracts Long Plat to add language to the face of the plat showing that the required majority of owners of lots in the Lost River Airport Tracts development opted into the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act. The project is located on Lost River Road, Mazama, WA on parcels 1 through 92 inclusive of the First and Second Additions of the Lost River Airport Tracts, Township 36 N., Range 19 E.W.M., S 5.
Project comments and SEPA comments will be reviewed separately. SEPA comments must be submitted in writing, no later than 5:00 pm July 20, 2023. All comments will be reviewed for relevance According to Washington State Environmental Policy Act regulations, Okanogan County Planning and Development issued an environmental Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this proposal. If no comments are received or the comments received do not provide probable, significant, and adverse impacts from the proposal, the DNS will stand.

revised application for preliminary approval of a 52 lot Planned Development to the Town of
Twisp. The proposal entails development of Parcel No. 3322180099 with 52 residential lots
ranging in size from 3,630 sq ft to 8,903 sq.ft. with 3 open space tracts of 8,390 sq.ft., 116,669
sq.ft. and 171,156 sq ft. As a planned development the application requests that interior lots have
a zero-side yard setback. The proposed planned development, which proposed streets, water and stormwater utilities built to Town standards, is located west of the Painters
