The usual colorful costumes and displays characterized last weekend’s Pride events in Twisp — organized by Methow Pride — which included a parade down Glover Street and an afternoon of events on the TwispWorks campus. Activities included a “Drag Race” competition, other games, speakers, music and food options. Organizers said the anti-discrimination message was especially important this year because of hundreds of anti-LGBTQ+ bills introduced in state legislatures.
