There are a few events coming up at the Senior Center in April, beginning with the Spring/Summer Sale on Saturday, April 1, 9 a.m.-noon. Lots of treasures and clothes for the whole family.
On Friday, April 14, the Over 80s Lunch will be held at the Senior Center. The theme is Hawaiian. Be sure to give Greta a call to reserve your meal. You don’t want to miss this event!
The Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition program will be available again for lower-income seniors. This program provides fresh fruit and vegetables. More information to come when available.

Thursday, March 16: Baked chicken, wild rice, carrots, three bean salad, peaches, bread pudding.
Friday, March 17: Corned beef and cabbage, boiled red potatoes, carrots, tropical fruit, whole wheat roll, pistachio pudding.
Monday, March 20: Rueben sandwich, jo-jos, spiced salad, Mandarin oranges, dessert.
Thursday, March 23: Bacon/broccoli/Swiss cheese quiche, crunchy pea salad, grapes, blueberry muffin.
Friday, March 24: Baked fish fillet, rice, Asian vegetables, spinach salad, fresh fruit, whole wheat roll, dessert.
Call (509) 997-7722 to reserve meals 24 hours in advance. Suggested donation is $5 for persons over age 60; charge for $10 for persons under 60.
