February 8, 2023 by Methow Valley News

A longtime friend and visitor to the Methow died in Peru last week. Felix Espinoza was known to many as a kind, funny, courageous person. Though he was born with no arms and only one leg he astounded people with his art abilities and enthusiasm for life. He was an avid swimmer much to many peoples’ amazement. He died of complications with stomach cancer. His wife, Dina, and daughter Nicole were by his side. Felix was 66.
