Jim Enneking was one of the many volunteers helping with Christmas tree sales in the Hank’s Harvest Food’s parking lot. Between loyal customers who come back every year — and the deep snow that prevented some diehards from cutting their own tree — almost 300 trees had already been sold, with just over a dozen remaining. Proceeds benefit the Methow Valley Community Center.
