Mistletoe Madness is back in downtown Twisp on Friday from 4-7 p.m., with special shopping opportunities and entertainment for all ages.
Twisp’s annual holiday shopping spree and seasonal celebration known as Mistletoe Madness is set for Friday (Dec. 9) from 4-7 p.m. on Glover Street and the TwispWorks campus.
Businesses throughout Twisp will offer discounts, drawings, cookies, cider and adult beverages. The Outdoor Winter Market — on a closed section of Glover Street between Second and Third avenues — will showcase more than 20 artists, makers and crafters.
There will be free horse-drawn carriage rides, provided by Darwood Outfitting with support by the Twisp Chamber of Commerce and sponsors. Large candy cane poles and Hotspot fire pits will mark stops for the carriages. Santa will have a new Winter Palace at The Cove on Glover Street, with a photo booth.
Holiday carolers wander downtown Twisp. At The Confluence: Art in Twisp, student musicians from Cascadia Music will play.
The TwispWorks campus will also feature music, food by TwispEats, Fork and the Old Schoolhouse Brewery Taproom, several fire pits, and general holiday cheer. The day culminates with an Ugly Sweater After Party hosted by the town’s bars and pubs.
The TwispWorks south campus parking lot will be closed to cars on Friday from 9 a.m.-9p.m.
