The Winthrop Rink is scheduled to open for public skating on Saturday (Oct. 29). The first layers of ice were laid down over the past weekend, with additional ice-making and grooming continuing through the week. Rink Manager Steve Bondi hopes for the season to run through March 2023. Visit www.winthroprink.org for more information.
