The Okanogan County Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 26th, 2022 at 11:00 am in consideration of adoption of Resolution #2022-08 which pertains to the 2023 Public Health Fee Schedule and Resolution #2022-09 which pertains to the 2023 Public Health Budget. The funds are from the Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency fund and will be used to meet our jurisdiction’s governmental purposes.

• Funds are from County Assistance Fund 001.000 and will be moved to Prosecutor’s Fund 001.016 in the amount of $305,065 for Salary and Benefits, Professional Services Criminal and Professional Services Civil

Notice of Application and SEPA Exemption
An application for a short subdivision has been submitted by Larry Henke on behalf of Logan Jordan of Salvation Properties to divide approximately 31 acres into 4 lots. All proposed lots to be served by a permit exempt well and individual on-site septic systems. The property is identified by parcel # 3627112004 located approximately 4.5 miles south of Tonasket on McLaughlin Canyon Road.
The Okanogan County SEPA Responsible Official issued a final SEPA determination identifying this project is exempt from SEPA review in accordance with WAC 197-11.

NOTICE TO FILE DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY FOR ELECTION FOR DISTRICT DIRECTOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election of the MVID will be held. The district will elect two members to the Board of Directors: one to serve a three-year term in Position 1 and one to serve the remaining year of the unexpired term in Position 2, both commencing January 3, 2023. Any qualified elector of the District interested in becoming a candidate must be sponsored by ten qualified electors of the District whose signatures appear on a petition that will show his/her intention of becoming a candidate for Directorship.
