Notice of Rescheduled Public Hearing

NCW Land Surveying, LLC on behalf of Jerrod Riggan applied for a subdivision. Six residential lots will be created on approximately 7.68 acres. Lots will be 1 acre or larger. Domestic water will be provided by a to be designed Group B water system using a permit exempt well, and individual on-site septic systems.

Project comments must be submitted, in writing, or attend the public hearing. The Okanogan County Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing on August 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., located in the Commissioners Hearing Room in the Virginia Grainger Administration Building at 123 5th Ave. North, Okanogan, WA 98840.

The Okanogan County Office of Planning and Development made a final decision on the above-noted projects. Within 20 days of publication, parties with standing may appeal these decisions to the Okanogan County Hearing Examiner at 123 5th Ave. N. Suite 130, Okanogan, WA 98840, pursuant to OCC 2.67.010. An appeal must include the $1,250.00 appeal fee.

NOTICE OF MEETING TO ADOPT 2022-2023 BUDGET AND CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to RCW 28A.505.050 and RCW 28A.505.060, that the

Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Methow School District No. 350, Okanogan, County,

Washington (the “District”) will hold a regular meeting on July 28, 2022, commencing at 5:30

PM in the district office, located at 18 Twin Lakes Rd., Winthrop, Washington. The meeting is

called for the purpose of fixing and adopting the budget of the District for the ensuing 2022-2023

fiscal year. Prior to adoption of the 2022-2023 budget, the Board will hold a hearing for the

purpose of receiving comments from the public on the 2022-2023 budget. Any person may

appear at the hearing and be heard for or against any part of the 2022-2023 budget, the four year

budget plan, or any proposed changes to uses of enrichment funding under RCW 28A.505.240

(a/k/a Educational Programs and Operation Levy). Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Board

shall fix and determine the appropriation from each fund contained in the 2022-2023 budget and

shall, by resolution, adopt the 2022-2023 budget, the four year budget plan summary, and the

four-year enrollment projection. 2022-2023 budget information is available on the District

website methow.org or may be obtained by contacting the district office at 509-996-9205.

The Administrator named below has qualified and been appointed as Administrator of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Administrator or the Administrator’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original claim with the court. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.
