Mike Hobbs, 61, of Elk, Washington, passed away on June 10, 2022, while doing what he loved for work, cooking. He was born Dec. 2, 1960, in Bellevue, Washington, to Delores and Raymond Hobbs.
He was known for his dirty jokes, friendly smiles and good food. Mike loved his children and family more than anything. He enjoyed his job working with Krista and Pauline for 17 years at Pauline’s Place in multiple locations in Spokane, Deer Park and Elk. He is survived by his children, Christopher, Todd, Cody Duncan, and Ashley Hobbs; his brothers Raymond and Danny Hobbs, Jack Ellis, and Dave Reynolds, and sisters Dixie Mangler, Dolly Cannon, and Roxanne Meeks.
A potluck to celebrate Mike’s life will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Deer Park Event Center, 18 North Park Ave., Deer Park, WA 99009 starting at noon. If you would like to speak it would be about 2 or 3 p.m.
Another potluck and celebration of life will be held at Beaver Creek on Aug. 6 at noon.
