David Conn (born April 3, 1962, died June 21, 2022) lived the good life here in Okanogan County for the majority of his time on earth. He loved his family and friends, barbecuing, skiing, skating on lakes, learning, stargazing and so much more. He was a craftsman and built a number of houses. He worked at Sun Mountain and the Methow Valley School District.
He faced Lou Gehrig’s disease with strength and grace and died in his home on the longest day of the year. His last year-and-a-half was full of love and support, thanks to his family, friends, and caregivers.
Some words of wisdom from Dave: Never take time for granted. Never pass up opportunities. Count your blessings every day.
