Lois Jean Garland died peacefully at her home in Port Angeles, Washington, on Nov. 16, 2020, after a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer. A celebration of life will be held for Lois on Saturday, July 23, 4 p.m., at 159 Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road. Children (and adults) are encouraged to bring costumes and instruments for a parade. Dinner, drinks and stories will be shared following the ceremony. Please bring your own chairs or picnic blankets and a potluck dish, if you wish.
