‘Winnie the Pooh’ at Merc
The Merc Playhouse’s annual summer musical theater camp finishes up this week with free public performances by camp participants of “Winnie the Pooh.” The performances are on Friday on (July 15) at 4 p.m. and Saturday (July 16) at 2 p.m. The weeklong camp is directed by Megan Hicks, a director, actor and choreographer from the Puget Sound area.
Ross painting classes
TwispWorks will offer several classes on the Bob Ross wet-on-wet painting technique this summer, with Ross-certified instructors Jolene Culler and Cheryl Brundage. The classes, which cost $75 each including supplies, are from noon-3 p.m. on July 23, Aug. 13 and Aug. 27. Visit twispworks.org for more information.
