The above Court has appointed JUDY JOAN CAMPBELL-NORDANG as Personal Representative of Decedent’s estate.  Any person having a claim against the Decedent must present the claim: (a) Before the time when the claim would be barred by any applicable statute of limitations, and (b) In the manner provided in RCW 11.40.070: (i) By filing the original of the claim with the foregoing Court, and (ii) By serving on or mailing to SUSAN DONAHUE at the address below a copy of the claim.  The claim must be presented by the later of: (a) Thirty (30) days after I served or mailed this Notice as provided in RCW 11.40.020(1)(c), or (b) Four (4) months after the date of first publication of this Notice.  If the claim is not presented within this time period, the claim will be forever barred except as provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060.  This bar is effective for claims against both the Decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.

LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Twisp Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the preliminary approval of a 53 lot Planned Development in the Town of Twisp. The proposal entails development of Parcel No. 3322180099 with 53 lots ranging in size from 3,700 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft. The development is proposed to be built out in three phases and includes a request to allow home sizes as small as 700 sq ft and a deviation from Town design standards to allow for narrower streets and rights-of-way.  The proposed planned development is located west of the Painters Addition to Twisp with access off of May and Harrison Streets, within Section 18, Township 33 N., Range 22 E.W.M. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the Twisp Civic Building at 118 S Glover on July 13, 2022, at 5:00 pm. Instructions to join the meeting will be posted on the Town’s website in advance of the hearing at townoftwisp.com. Annual renewal CUP 2016-2

Review CUP 2019-2

The Okanogan County Office of the Hearing Examiner has scheduled a public hearing to consider the annual renewal of conditional use permit 2016-2 No Paws Left Behind and the review of CUP 2019-2 Carpenter Gravel Pit.

CUP 2016-2 allows the operation of an animal (dog) rescue/kennel at 32900H Highway 97, Oroville WA 98844.

CUP 2019-2 allows the operation of a gravel pit that also does asphalt batching and concrete batching on parcel 3427180006 located at 147 Cherokee Rd. near Omak.

A public hearing is scheduled for July 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at which time the Hearings Examiner will hear verbal testimony on the issue.
