Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office

  • At 10:14 a.m. on June 10, an altercation between two students was reported on the Liberty Bell High School track.
  • At 11:43 a.m. on June 13, caller on Highway 20 near Winthrop reported that two bears were circling their cabin.
  • At 12:15 p.m. on June 13, caller reported that a canoe was floating upside down in the river near Winthrop.
  • At 7:46 p.m. on June 14, a one-vehicle, injury accident was reported on Wolf Creek Road.
  • At 8:32 a.m. on June 15, caller on Misty Circle, Mazama, reported that someone had shot out a window with a BB gun.
  • At 8:57 a.m. on June 15, an abandoned vehicle was reported on West Buttermilk Creek Road.
  • At 6:05 p.m. on June 15, caller on Highway 20 near Twisp reported that a catalytic converter had been stolen from their vehicle.

Twisp Police Department

  • At 8:26 a.m. on June 14, a domestic dispute was reported on Magers Street.

Winthrop Marshal’s Office

  • At 2:59 p.m. on June 13, a parking problem was reported on Riverside Avenue, related to two vehicles that had been parked for several hours.
