Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office

  • At 1:45 a.m. on June 6, a burglar alarm was reported to have gone off at a location on Bitterbrush Road, Winthrop.
  • At 8:45 p.m. on June 6, a noise complaint was reported from Twisp River Road related to some people who were not allowed to be at the location.
  • At 5:38 a.m. on June 6, a possible trespassing incident was reported at a location on West Second Avenue, Twisp.
  • At 10:57 a.m. on June 7, caller on Twisp-Carlton Road reported that someone had fraudulently attempted to cash some of the caller’s business checks.
  • At 1:02 p.m. on June 7, caller on Bear Creek Road, Winthrop, reported malicious mischief involving damage to a garage door.
  • At 6:422 p.m. on June 7, three stray cows were reported on Bear Creek Road, Winthrop.
  • At 6:53 a.m. on June 8, caller on No Go Around Lane, Twisp, reported that a man was slumped over in the driver’s seat of a car on Airport Road.
  • At 1:50 p.m. on June 11, caller on Middle Fork, Gold Creek Road, Carlton, reported that someone had cut down and stolen a tree from their property.

Twisp Police Department

  • At 1:46 a.m. on June 6, a possibly suicidal person was reported to be on a bridge on East Methow Valley Highway, yelling and screaming.
  • At 11:59 a.m. on June 6, caller reported that a portion of Highway 20 was apparently being washed away.
  • At 2:26 p.m. on June 6, a trespassing incident was reported on East Methow Valley Highway.
  • At 4:15 p.m., a possibly suicidal person suffering from depression was reported in the vicinity of the TwispWorks campus.
  • At 6:22 p.m. on June 6, three stray horses were reported at a location on Highway 20.
  • At 7:46 p.m. on June 8, a dispute was reported at a location on East Methow Valley Highway, involving a man yelling at some juveniles.
  • At 5:53 a.m. on June 10, a burglary was reported on East Second Avenue.
  • At 12:01 p.m. on June 10, a vehicle prowl that included the theft of property was reported on East Methow Valley Highway.
  • At 8:26 p.m. on June 10, caller on Riverside Avenue reported that a motorist was harassing their residence.

Winthrop Marshal’s Office

  • At 11:22 a.m. on June 6, a parking problem was reported on Riverside Avenue involving a vehicle in a no-parking zone.
  • At 3:59 p.m. on June 9, a parking violation was reported on Riverside Avenue.
