The weather didn’t look promising for the Liberty Bell High School graduation events last Friday (June 3). In fact, it was raining hard when the graduates’ parade (by car and truck) through the community started at 4 p.m. from Twisp. But then the rain showers passed through, the skies cleared and by the time the grads reached Mountain Lion Stadium for the official ceremony, conditions were near perfect for celebrating. If there was any moisture to be seen, it was likely some tears of joy shed by graduates, parents and friends alike.
