The 50th annual Methow Valley Memorial Day weekend rodeo drew good crowds to the rodeo grounds off of Twin lakes Road. Spectators enjoyed competition in saddle bronc riding, bull riding, barrel racing and of course mutton bustin’, the kids’ version of bareback riding. The Labor Day Rodeo is scheduled for Sept. 3-4, so you’ll have another chance to watch the action later this year.
