Senior News: May 11, 2022

May 11, 2022 by Methow Valley News

We lucked out Saturday as the weather held off getting too bad until the afternoon, so our first sidewalk sale was a big success. And also the ’49ers Days parade didn’t get rained on either.

The thrift store will be open on Saturdays from 9 a.m.-noon through the summer. We have another Western sidewalk sale on Memorial Day weekend.

Please leave your donations only when we are open. We are having a terrible time with thieves. We are watching around three an evening on camera. Hopefully, the police warning will do some good. But if you value your donations and want us to get them, make sure to bring them in when we are open.

And we can always use paper grocery bags.

Hope all the mothers had a great day.

Come in and have lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, only $4 for seniors.
