- Provide twenty (20) portable toilets, two of which are ADA compliant, with servicing. Morning servicing (pumping) to be completed by 7:00 am daily, and one mid-day cleaning/restocking to be completed by 2:00 pm daily, and on Sunday morning servicing (pumping) to be completed by 7:00 am.

- Duties will include HOURLY cleaning of 14 units consisting of bathrooms and/or showers. Picnic tables in food court will be wiped down every hour from open to close each day.

A Special Election will be held in the below mentioned districts for the purpose of submitting to the voters for their approval or rejection the following.
Republic School District No. 309- Replacement Educational Programs and Operations Levy
The registration deadline for online registrations, mail-in registrations is April 18th, 2022. Any qualified elector who is not registered to vote in the State of Washington may register to vote in person at the Auditor’s Office up to and including April 26th, 2022.

Bid Security:
Certified check, bank cashier’s check or bid bond congruent with the Form of Bid Bond as identified in the “Instruction to Bidders” is required to be submitted with each proposal, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total basic bid plus additive alternate bids (if applicable). Make bid security payable to Okanogan County; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the Project.
Right to Accept or Reject:
The Owner shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal, subject to the Laws of the State of Washington as pertaining to Public Works, and as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner. In particular the Owner reserves the right to reject a proposal of a Bidder who does not complete a Pre-Bid Tour, a proposal that is not accompanied by the required bid security, and incomplete or irregular proposals that may exclude or modify any item(s) required by the Bid Documents. No proposals will be accepted after the hour(s) set for receipt of proposals as set forth above.

Still Waters Short Plat Alteration 2022-1
Application and SEPA Exemption
An application for an alteration of an existing short subdivision has been submitted in order to remove the common area and extend the property lines of all four lots to the Okanogan River. All lots have domestic water provided by an existing private well and individual on-site septic systems. No new lots will be created. Access is off of Monse River Rd approximately 2 1/2 miles northerly of the Town of Monse, WA, on tax parcel numbers 8876510000, 8876510100, 8876510200, 887651030, & 8876510400.
The Okanogan County SEPA Responsible Official issued a final SEPA determination identifying this project is exempt from SEPA review in accordance with WAC 197-11. Application & Threshold SEPA Determination
An application has been submitted by Tim Pecha on behalf of Robert & Patricia Warriner to subdivide an existing 1acre parcel into 2 residential lots. Both residential lots will be served by City of Oroville water and sanitary sewer.
