Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office

  • At 1:46 p.m. on March 19, a single-car accident was reported at Lower Beaver Creek Road and Finley Canyon road, motorist apparently fell asleep and drove off the road.
  • At 8:16 p.m. on March 19, a trespassing incident was reported on Danzl Road, Methow.
  • At 3:39 p.m. on March 22, a burglary was reported at a storage unit on Twisp Airport Road.
  • At 12:53 a.m. on March 25, caller on Rader Road, Winthrop, reported that someone was outside asking for help because they had been in an accident.

Twisp Police Department

  • At 2:52 p.m. on March 19, a domestic dispute was reported on Main Street, Winthrop, involving a person taking a mouthful of unknown pills.
  • At 7:09 p.m. on March 19, a person on East Methow Valley Highway reported breathing difficulties.
  • At 9:13 p.m. on March 19, a possible case of driving while intoxicated was reported on Highway 20, Winthrop.
  • At 7:07 p.m. on March 20, suspicious activity was noted on White Avenue, Winthrop, a person was reported to be waving around a skunk hide and throwing things out of their apartment window.
  • At 3:15 p.m. on March 21, an unattended death was reported at a location on Bridge Street.
  • At 3:45 p.m. on March 22, an incident of theft was reported on East Methow Valley Highway.
  • At 3:47 p.m. on March 22, trespassing was reported at a location on East Methow Valley Highway.
  • At 1:29 p.m. on March 23, a personal welfare check was requested on Highway 20 in Winthrop, where a person was seen walking naked.
  • At 4:20 p.m. on March 23, a theft of vodka was reported at a retail store on East Methow Valley Highway.
  • At 1:35 p.m. on March 24, three separate thefts were reported at a location on East Methow Valley Highway.
  • At 7:44 p.m. on March 24, an incident of malicious mischief was reported at Twisp City Park.

Winthrop Marshal’s Office

  • At 11:27 a.m. on March 18, a noise complaint was received about a location on White Avenue where a person was reported to be screaming on their porch and banging on walls for hours.
  • At 2:50 p.m. on March 21, a domestic dispute was reported on White Avenue.
  • At 9:58 a.m. on March 22, a noise complaint was received about a location on White Avenue, where a person was reported to be yelling and jumping up and down on the floor; officers were advised it’s an ongoing problem.
  • At 3:54 a.m. on March 23, an alarm was reported to be going off at a location on Kennison Avenue.
  • At 11:20 p.m., on March 23, a request came from a location on White Avenue for transportation for mental health treatment.
  • At 7:49 a.m. on March 24, a noise complaint was received about a location on White Avenue, where a person was reported to be standing at a window screaming and chanting witchcraft.
  • At 10:09 a.m. on March 24, a theft on Riverside Avenue was reported.
  • At 11:56 a.m. on March 24, a person was taken in to custody related to a theft on Highway 20.
