Repair Café coming soon
Methow Recycles returns with its free Repair Café on March 19 from 10 a.m. – noon in The Cove parking lot on Glover Street in Twisp. Volunteers will be fixing all types of items, and there is no limit to the number of items you can bring, nor do you need to make an appointment. Items must be small enough to carry, and must not be leaking fluids or be hazardous in any way. You must stay with your item during its repair. - Death Café, March 8, 9 – 10 a.m. Join Bo Thrasher, for a lively and perhaps surprising conversation about death and dying. Thrasher is striving to help make the idea of dying and death a natural part of our culture within the whole life cycle.
- Staying active and independent for life, March 10, 4 – 5 p.m. Join the discussion with Mark Wolf-Armstrong, a National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA) certified personal trainer for 14 years.
- Write your own obituary, March 18, 9 – 10 a.m. Join Diana Hottell and Midge Cross for a do-it-yourself workshop about writing an obituary.
