Because it takes a village to stay independent – and you never know what life will send your way – Methow At Home (MAH) is launching a new program with free monthly presentations, mostly online, about topics including nutrition, exercise, end-of-life planning, and how to be prepared for fire season.
The first presentation is this week.
The series, entitled Get Ready! Essential Tools You Need for Aging in Place, aims to help educate and motivate people for success over the long term. All presentations are free and open to everyone.
The curriculum is organized around six modules, with programs, resources, book groups, assistance, films and more.
To watch, register for individual programs on the MAH website at https://methowathome.clubexpress.com, or watch the programs at your convenience on MAH’s YouTube channel.
