Cyrus Benjamin Bustard

January 12, 2022 by Methow Valley News

Cyrus Benjamin Bustard

On Jan. 3, 2022, Cy, “Crazy Cy” also affectionately known as Uncle Crazy, passed away surrounded by family. He is survived by his loving wife, Angela, mother Jean, father William, sister Billie, niece and nephews. As well as his Aunt Donna, Uncle Roger and many beloved friends that turned into family. He was born on July 25, 1977, and graduated from Liberty Bell High School with the class of 1995. He was a jack of all trades from working as a CNC machinist to construction. His passion was always for cooking ever since his first job as a bus boy at the Winthrop Palace. He was quick to joke and loved the Methow with his whole heart. He would always say, “You can take the boy out of the valley, but you can’t take the valley out of the boy.” His humor, sharp wit and love of life will be deeply missed as he was taken too soon. Service to be held at a later date.
