Senior News: Dec. 22

December 22, 2021 by Methow Valley News

It’s almost Christmas. The time for our party is Thursday (Dec. 23). Santa couldn’t make it this year, so it will just be the elves giving out the goody bags. If you want to join in the gift exchange, bring a small wrapped gift to place under the tree.

Lunches are Monday, Thursday and Friday at noon.

Our thrift store hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Try to bring your donations in when we are open. It’s unbelievable how many midnight shoppers we have, and they make a mess of everything. They take only the best, so if you have real nice things we may never see them.

It’s time to renew your senior dues — a whole year for $1.25. To vote or run in the board elections, you must be a member.
