NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be held on December 7, 2021 at 11:00 A.M., in the Okanogan County Commissioners hearing room, located at 123 5th Ave North, Room 150, Okanogan Washington regarding an application for a 50-year franchise by Methow Valley Irrigation District, to construct, operate, and maintain an irrigation water line.
Franchise is located within the county right-of-way of the roads listed below all within Okanogan County:

2022 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Winthrop, Washington, has prepared the Town Budget for fiscal year 2022. Public hearing upon said budget will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the hour of 6:05 p.m. in the back room (Hen House) of the Winthrop Barn, 51 SR20 and via Zoom meeting #862 5906 3671.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written comments must be received by the time of hearing in order to be considered. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Town of Winthrop Washington solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in civil and structural design for general engineering services. Engineering services may be used for grant application assistance; public works project design; trail design; biological assessment, environmental review, ESA consultation, and permitting assistance; review of development submittals of water, sewer, storm water, and road designs; structural engineering and assessments; construction inspection; water right examination, or similar engineering services. The Town of Winthrop reserves the right to retain the services of the selected Consultant(s) for subsequent phases of projects undertaken within the above scope of services.
Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, address, phone, and email addresses; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; sub-consultants (if any); the names and experience of employees that would work on the project, examples of successful projects of similar scope. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: 1) Key personnel; 2) Firm experience with PS&E on similar projects; 3) Firm familiarity with the Town of Winthrop and immediate area; 4) Firm experience with environmental planning and permitting process; 5) Ability to meet schedule; 6) Approach to project; 7) Familiarity with relevant codes and standards; 8) Past performance/references; 9) Experience in fulfilling federal and state grant/loan requirements.
