PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:
The Okanogan County Central Landfill, Ellisforde Transfer Station, Bridgeport Transfer Station & Twisp Transfer Station will be closed on November 25, 26, & 27, 2021 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. All locations will resume regular schedules Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the Board of Okanogan County Commissioners that, in accordance with RCW 36.40.071, Okanogan County hereby sets its alternative Public Hearing date for adoption of its 2022 Budget that will include budgets for Current Expense, Miscellaneous Funds, Public Works & Road funds, and Jr. Taxing District budgets. To attend the public hearing whereat any taxpayer may comment and be heard for or against any part of the budget, please do so via ZOOM. Therefore, a Public Hearing is set for Monday, December 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Upon the conclusion of the budget hearing the county legislative authority may adopt or continue the public hearing from day-to-day, not to exceed five-days, in order to finally fix and determine each item of the 2022 budget and shall by resolution adopt the budget as so finally determined and enter the same in detail in the official minutes of the board.

2022 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Winthrop, Washington, has prepared the Town Budget for fiscal year 2022. Public hearing upon said budget will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the hour of 6:05 p.m. in the back room (Hen House) of the Winthrop Barn, 51 SR20 and via Zoom meeting #862 5906 3671.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written comments must be received by the time of hearing in order to be considered. All persons requiring assistance in accessing the Winthrop Barn are requested to contact Town Hall at 996-2320 at least one day prior to the hearing.
Said proposed budget will be on file on November 18, 2021 in the office of the Town Clerk, 206 Riverside Avenue, and may be examined there during regular business hours or can be mailed upon request by calling Town Hall at (509)996-2320.
