We are having our Veterans Day lunch and program on Nov. 11 at the community center gym, starting at 11 a.m. with a program followed by lunch. The food will be provided by BS Bar-Be-Que. All veterans and a guest are welcome at no charge.
We have been real busy getting summer clothes out of the way an putting out warmer clothes, and the way the weather is feeling, none too soon. The Christmas room is getting decorated, and there are a lot of nice things. This is the first year in over 20 years I am not doing it. I am so glad some of the younger volunteers are taking over some of the sales. We need younger help and ideas.
Stay warm and healthy. Come in and visit.
