After most activities were canceled last year due to COVID-19, Halloween events in the valley — like trick-or-treating on Twisp’s Burgar Street — were packed with costumed kids and their equally enthusiastic families on Sunday evening. See more pictures on page A6 and methowvalleynews.com.
