NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Okanogan County Commissioners that the county’s 2022 preliminary budget has been prepared and filed by the county auditor, in accordance with RCW 36.40. The preliminary budget is available to the public upon request. In accordance with RCW 36.40.071, the Board has chosen to use the alternate date for its budget hearing for the purpose of fixing the final budget and making tax levies.
THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 84.55.120, a Public Hearing is set by the Board of Okanogan County Commissioners on the Revenue Sources for the district’s following year’s current expense budget, which is primarily funded by taxes and charges and reflects the provision of ongoing services, including the consideration of possible increases in property tax revenues. Notice of Project Application and Threshold Determination
Block 2 of Outward Bounds West
Planned Development Intermediate Modification 2021-5
Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted by Dawn Conyers, to modify the existing Block 2 of Outward Bounds West PD. The modification is to move building site two from the current location to the proposed location as shown on the plat map. The proposal does not change the intent of the original project. There are no changes being made that affect density.
The property is located at 234 Lost River Rd. Mazama WA on tax parcel number 9100420000 in Township 36, Range 19, and Sections 23.
Okanogan County has identified and adopted the SEPA Checklist from a previous modification to the PD titled Outward Bounds West Blocks 1&2 Planned Development Major Modification (PDM 2004-2). The document meets the environmental review needed for the current proposal and has accompanied the proposal to the decision maker. The Okanogan County SEPA Responsible Official has issued a Threshold Determination of Non-Significance in accordance with WAC 197-11-340, identifying the proposal would not have a probable, significant, and adverse environment impact.
The public hearing for this project has not yet been set. The public is welcome to comment on this project. Project comments may be submitted in writing up to the hearing or be presented at the hearing. SEPA comments must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m., November 12, 2021. All comments will be reviewed for relevance, and if necessary the DNS will be changed to a Mitigated Determination on Non-Significance. If no comments are received the DNS will stand as final.
