Beverly A. Holcomb was born on May 1, 1944, in Port Townsend, Washington, to parents Irving and Ethel Mahone. She died on Oct. 17, 2021, at her home in Winthrop with family.
Beverly was secretary for the Methow Valley Middle School (retired in 2012). She was married to Walter Holcomb for 56 wonderful years from 1962-2018.
She loved picnics and the National Forest; and volunteered at the Senior Center in Twisp.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband in 2018; her brother in 2016; and her parents. She is survived by three children, seven grandchildren and two sisters. She was a lifelong resident of Winthrop.
Everyone knew her as a kind and generous person; always willing to lend a hand and help anyone. We all will miss her so much. We love you, Mom.
