WVC extends student vaccination deadline to Nov. 1

September 22, 2021 by Methow Valley News

Wenatchee Valley College has extended the deadline by which students must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Nov. 1.

Students must show that they are fully vaccinated or have a valid medical or religious exemption or may be disenrolled from in-person classes or have a hold placed on their registration for winter quarter, according to the college.

WVC employees will also required to be required to be fully vaccinated, per Gov. Jay Inslee’s vaccine mandate. That deadline is Oct. 18.

Students can document their vaccination status online using their ctcLink accounts. Instructions are available at wvc.edu/PublicHealth.

Masks are also required for everyone on WVC campuses.
