Threshold SEPA Determination
Schmidt Ranches LLC, Large Lot Segregation 2021-4
A Large Lot Segregation application has been submitted by Andy Schmidt on behalf of Schmidt Ranches LLC. The Large Lot Segregation will divide ten parcels totaling 633.98-acre into 32 parcels ranging in size from 19.84 acres to 20.21 acres. The legal descriptions can be described as one thirty-second of a section of land as outlined in OCC 16.10.010. Large Lot Segregations are administered in accordance with OCC 16.10 and are exempt from RCW 58.17.040. The Okanogan County SEPA Responsible official issued a mitigated threshold environmental determination of non-significance (MDNS) in accordance with WAC 197-11-350. Notice is hereby given that a Variance application, from lot coverage requirements, has been submitted by Maria Hines and Bahia Rowan.
