Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office

• At 9 p.m. on July 12, a person reported hearing gunshots in the area of Virginia Ridge.

• At 5:49 p.m. on July 13, a fifth-wheel and tent trailer reportedly caught fire on Butterweed Road in Winthrop.

• At 9:06 a.m. on July 14, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of an abandoned car on Kelli Lane in Carlton.

• At 12:47 p.m. on July 14, scam phone calls were reported on Gold Creek Road in Carlton.

Twisp Police Department

• At 2:08 p.m. on July 13, fuel was reported stolen on Cascade Drive in Twisp.

• At 4:10 p.m. on July 13, police received a report of a man passed out in someone’s front yard on Highway 20 in Twisp.

• At 4:47 p.m. on July 13, police received a report of a man walking in the middle of the road on East Methow Valley Highway in Twisp.

Winthrop Marshal’s Office

• At 7:25 p.m. on July 14, police received a report of child abuse on East Methow Valley Highway in Twisp.
