Are you satisfied with life in Okanogan County? What do you like best? What’s your biggest gripe?
How about schools, housing, parks and recreation, and emergency services?
The Okanogan County commissioners are partnering with Washington State University Okanogan County Extension to measure community satisfaction among county residents. The results will help the county government know what they’re doing well and what can be improved.
People can express their opinion as to whether the county is moving in the right direction, about the service they get from county staff, and about police protection. Other questions cover job satisfaction and the cost of living.
Answers are anonymous and completely confidential. The data will be analyzed by Washington State University Tri-Cities. Deadline for completing the survey is Aug. 1.
To get the link to complete the survey online or for a paper copy, call the Okanogan County Extension at (509) 422-7245. You can also access the survey from the Okanogan County Extension Facebook page.
People can send the completed survey to kayla.wells@wsu.edu or WSU Okanogan County Extension, PO Box 391, Okanogan, WA 98840.
