The above Court has appointed Edwina Seton as Personal Representative of Decedent’s estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent must present the claim: (a) Before the time when the claim would be barred by any applicable statute of limitations, and (b) In the manner provided in RCW 11.40.070: (i) By filing the original of the claim with the foregoing Court, and (ii) By serving on or mailing to me at the address below a copy of the claim. The claim must be presented by the later of: (a) Thirty (30) days after I served or mailed this Notice as provided in RCW 11.40.020(1)(c), or (b) Four (4) months after the date of first publication of this Notice. If the claim is not presented within this time period, the claim will be forever barred except as provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective for claims against both the Decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.

SALE OF SURPLUS MATERIAL
The Methow Valley Irrigation District (MVID) is accepting sealed bids on 35 boxes of Earth Chem SOILPAM soil stabilization polymer, 30# each.
The MVID Board of Directors, by Resolution 21.06, dated June 14, 2021, has determined the above-described personal property in its inventory to be surplus and no longer required for use by MVID.
Said material will be sold at auction to the highest and best bidder, i.e., to the highest bidder able to provide immediate and full payment upon acceptance of the material, no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 16, 2021, in the form of cash, money order or cashier’s check. Purchasers are responsible for removing material at time of payment.
THE MATERIAL IS BEING SOLD IN “AS IS, WHERE IS” CONDITION, EXPRESSLY WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY SORT.

TAKE NOTICE: That on May 6, 2021, Samra Farms, LLC of Omak, Washington filed application number OKAN-21-05 with the Okanogan County Water Conservancy Board to change the place of use under Water Right Certificate G4-23992(C)C.
That said right, under priority date of June 11, 1975, authorizes the withdrawal of 830 gallons per minute and 656 acre-feet per year of groundwater from three wells, two located within the SE¼SW¼ and one within the NW¼NE¼ of Section 17, T. 37 N., R. 27 E. W.M. That said right authorizes water to be used for irrigation of 164 acres from April 1 to October 1 within portions of Sections 17 and 18, T. 37 N., R. 27 E. W.M., Okanogan County, Washington.
That the applicant proposes to change the place of use to include additional acres within portions of Sections 8 and 17, T. 37 N., R. 27 E. W.M., Okanogan County, Washington. The total 164 authorized acres will remain unchanged.
Any protests or objections to the approval of this application may be filed with the Department of Ecology and must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty dollar ($50) fee and filed with the Department of Ecology Cashiering Unit, P.O. Box 47611, Olympia, WA 98504-7611 within thirty (30) days from July 7, 2021.
Any interested party may submit comments, objections, and other information to the Board regarding this application. The comments and information may be submitted in writing or verbally at any public meeting of the Board held to discuss or decide on the application.
